Honey bees make their wax from flower nectar. Beeswax candles capture the flower’s sweet fragrance and release it when lit. Pure beeswax candles burn cleaner, last longer, and shine brighter than other wax candles.

Over time, pure beeswax may develop a film on its surface called bloom, which can easily be removed by buffing with a soft cloth. This is the result of softer oils rising to the surface. Once removed, the bloom will reappear.
